By accessing, registering on, or using any part of m333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all products and services available on m333, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, esports betting, slot games, live casino, crash games, poker, and any promotional offers or bonus programmes. If any individual product area has supplementary rules, those rules apply in addition to these general Terms and will be published on the relevant product page.
Important: m333 is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gaming and betting involve financial risk. You should only play with funds you can afford to lose. m333 does not guarantee any return on money wagered.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using m333 immediately and contact support at support@m333.im to request account closure. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.
These Terms are written in English and apply to all players worldwide who use m333, including players based in Pakistan. Pakistani players interact with m333 in Pakistani rupees (PKR) using locally available payment methods. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted to contradict applicable local laws or regulations.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use m333. This requirement applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction. m333 takes age verification seriously. If at any point during your use of the platform we have reasonable grounds to suspect you are under 18, your account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during this period will be forfeited.
m333 does not permit underage gaming under any circumstances. Players who misrepresent their age to gain access to the platform will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds will not be returned.
m333 accepts players from jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of m333 complies with the laws of your country or region. By registering, you confirm that you are not in a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful and that you are not accessing m333 in violation of any applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on m333. Opening duplicate accounts – whether under your own name or using a different name, mobile number, or payment method – is a serious breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed, any balance forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your real name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address if provided. Any changes to your personal details must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. m333 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your account with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact m333 support immediately at support@m333.im. m333 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable security precautions.
m333 may at any time request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and is conducted to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
m333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani rupees (PKR) through the following methods:
PKR Only: m333 operates exclusively in Pakistani rupees. All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by m333.
The minimum deposit on m333 is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Single-session deposit limits may be applied based on your account tier. Requests to increase deposit limits can be made through your account settings or by contacting support.
Withdrawal requests are processed by m333 seven days a week. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers are typically completed within 1 to 4 business hours during standard banking hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. m333 does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been used to deposit to your m333 account, or to a verified account registered in your own name. m333 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not associated with your account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect player funds.
Any player who initiates a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to m333 without first contacting m333 support to resolve the issue will have their account suspended immediately. If the chargeback is found to be unjustified following investigation, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to debt recovery or relevant authorities.
All bonuses offered by m333 – welcome bonuses, cashback offers, accumulator boosts, odds enhancements, free bets, and VIP rewards – are subject to these general rules as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.
Most bonuses require the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) to be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirement details are published on each promotion page. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count towards sports betting wagering requirements. For casino games, slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while table games and live dealer games contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion.
m333 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if a player is found to be abusing the promotional system. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing risk-free hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, using automated betting systems designed to systematically clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit offer terms.
Cricket cashback and other cashback promotions on m333 are calculated on net qualifying losses during the specified promotion period. Cashback is credited to your m333 wallet automatically, usually within 24 hours of the end of the promotion period. Cashback credited as a bonus amount may carry its own wagering requirement as specified in the promotion terms.
m333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Active bonuses at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms unless the modification is required for legal compliance reasons.
Bets placed on m333 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. m333 will not reverse a correctly placed bet because you changed your mind or made an error in selection. The minimum single bet is Rs 50. Minimum per-leg stake for accumulators is Rs 50. The minimum in-play bet is Rs 100.
Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or tournament organiser. For cricket matches, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies where officially invoked. A match must reach its minimum completion threshold for bets to be settled as a result (rather than void). Full settlement rules for each sport are published in the relevant sport's rules section of m333.
m333 applies maximum payout limits per bet settlement event. For cricket, the maximum payout on a single bet is Rs 10,000,000. For football, the maximum is Rs 5,000,000. For other sports and esports, limits are Rs 2,500,000 per event. For accumulator bets, the maximum total payout is Rs 15,000,000 regardless of the combined odds. These limits apply per player per event, not per bet.
m333 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, regardless of whether bets were placed in good faith. A manifest error is an odds price that is clearly inconsistent with the fair market value at the time of placement – for example, an odds value of 100.00 on a heavy pre-match favourite. m333 will inform affected players and return stakes promptly in such cases.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant bet settlement criteria are met, bets will be voided and stakes returned. For matches rescheduled within 48 hours to the same venue, m333 will attempt to keep bets valid for the rescheduled date. Players who do not wish to retain the bet for the rescheduled event may contact support to request a void.
All casino games available on m333 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure genuine randomness and fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published on the game information page. Crash games use a provably fair algorithm that can be independently verified by the player for each round.
The m333 poker room operates on Texas Hold'em and Pot-Limit Omaha formats. Chip dumping, collusion between players, and the use of real-time assistance (RTA) software are strictly prohibited. Any player found to be engaging in collusive play will have their account permanently closed and any winnings from identified collusive sessions will be forfeited. Poker rake and tournament fees are displayed clearly before a player enters any table or tournament.
In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session – including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction – m333 will restore the game state from the last confirmed server record. If restoration is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account. m333 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures on the player's device, browser, or internet connection.
The maximum payout from a single casino game spin or hand is Rs 5,000,000 unless a game's progressive jackpot exceeds this limit, in which case the jackpot value takes precedence. The maximum total withdrawal from casino winnings in any 30-day period is Rs 20,000,000 for standard accounts. VIP Club members have enhanced limits as specified in their tier terms.
m333 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that the vast majority of players enjoy gaming responsibly, but we also recognise that a small number of players may develop problems. The tools described below are available to all registered players at any time.
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to reduce a limit are processed immediately. Requests to increase a limit take 7 days to come into effect, during which time the existing lower limit remains in force.
You can apply a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cool-off period, you are unable to deposit or place bets on m333. Your account remains accessible to view your betting history and withdraw any existing balance. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once applied.
If you feel you need to stop gambling entirely, you can request permanent self-exclusion by contacting m333 support at support@m333.im. Self-exclusion closes your account and prevents re-registration for a minimum of 5 years. Any existing balance will be returned to you upon completion of the self-exclusion process. m333 will not reverse a self-exclusion request within the exclusion period.

m333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other conduct harmful to the platform or its players. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation.
If a breach is confirmed following investigation, m333 may close the account permanently. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, m333 reserves the right to withhold the account balance and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
You may close your m333 account at any time by contacting support@m333.im. Any remaining balance after the deduction of outstanding bonus amounts subject to rollover requirements will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect the resolution of any pending disputes or bets.
m333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required for legal compliance purposes, in which case they may take effect immediately.
